About Our Classes
Give Your Child a Summer of Creativity & Life Skills at Bakers and Makers!
Our camp is an essential life skills camp—where creativity meets real-world learning. Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to promote creativity while introducing children to practical life skills that are often taken for granted. From cooking and sewing to crafting and basic money management, every activity is an opportunity for kids to learn by doing.
At Bakers and Makers, we believe that learning should be hands-on and meaningful. When children bake their first loaf of bread, sew a tote bag, or complete a fun science experiment, they’re not just having fun—they’re gaining independence, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment. These small but important experiences empower them with skills they’ll carry into the future.
To complement their creative learning, we also introduce financial literacy through our one-of-a-kind “Baker’s Bank” system. Campers earn “camp currency” by completing tasks, managing mini-projects, and making smart choices. It’s a fun, age-appropriate way to teach the value of money, saving, and thoughtful spending.
Our goal is simple: to nurture capable, curious, and confident young individuals—ready to take on the world with both imagination and practical know-how.
