This summer Baker's Stand is introducing Dim Sum Cooking Camp.
At the heart of our camp is an immersive dive into the world of classic Asian bites. Campers will learn the secrets to making delicious bao buns, crystal dumplings, and baked buns from scratch. You'll learn the science behind the ingredients and explore different cooking methods.
In addition to our culinary adventures, we will tap into our creativity and learn how to plate the finished products, take photos of our finished product, and make our own recipe binders.

PM CARE - 3-6 $250 for the whole week
- Please pack lunch for your camper if they plan to bring their finished products home, a book, sunscreen, a water bottle and a hat for outdoor stretching
