Learn to make Mantou / Chinese Bun / Dumplings / Noodles
Looking for a lesson for your morning schedule? Baker’s Stand is offering a fun hands-on class.
You will learn the art of making basic Mantou, character mantou or dumplings based on your planned curriculum or date chosen.
Space is limited. With small group sizes so that each participants will have more interaction with the instructor. They will each have their own stations to prepare everything individually. We will also impart photography skills so they can share their creations on social media.
This camp is designed for Adult and teenager chefs of all levels. For novice chefs, you will be introduced to the ins and outs of baking. The non-beginners will learn new tips and more advanced techniques in making dim sum , with a chance to troubleshoot any problems you have encountered. Our recipes and designs are created for baking fun items without the need of buying unnecessary kitchen tools.
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions at sign-up, we are sometimes able to leave ingredients out, though we are not able to make substitutions. Ingredients - rice flour, flour, eggs, custard cream, cheese, pork, chives, onions, garlic, soy sauce, food coloring.
