At Bakers & Makers Studio, we offer small-group classes, camps, and workshops designed to provide a high-quality, hands-on learning experience. Because materials, preparation, and staffing are arranged in advance, our policies help us manage resources and ensure every participant has a great experience.
Class Size
Bakers & Makers Studio specializes in small-group and personalized learning experiences. Class sizes may vary depending on enrollment, and sessions may run with a very small number of students, including a single participant.
By registering for a class, camp, or workshop, families understand that a specific number of participants is not guaranteed, and small class sizes are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
Classes & Workshops
(Cooking, Crafting, Sewing, Mah Jong, Specialty Skills Classes)
- All registrations are final.
- No refunds or credits are provided once a class is booked.
- Missed classes cannot be refunded or made up.
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend for the same session.
Materials and preparation are arranged in advance based on confirmed participants.
Camps
(Summer Camps, Holiday Camps, Specialty Camps)
- 14+ days before camp start:
Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee, or transfer to another camp week (subject to availability). - 7–13 days before camp start:
50% refund minus the 10% administrative fee. - 6 days or fewer before camp start:
No refund or credit available. - After camp begins:
No refunds or credits will be issued if a camper cannot attend once the camp session has started.
Camp supplies and materials are purchased in advance for each camper.
Special Events, Private Workshops & Parties
- No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the event.
- Final participant count must be confirmed 72 hours before the event.
- Materials and staffing are prepared based on the confirmed number of participants.
- Rescheduling may be considered only if availability allows, but is not guaranteed.
General Policy
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
- Bookings are transferable if you cannot attend (you may send someone in your place).
- Bakers & Makers Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit.
