In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the rich history of the festival while mastering techniques to create your own festive treats.

You will learn to make:

  1. Baked Hong Kong–Style Mooncakes $180 – 2:15 hrs
    Filled with red bean or lotus paste using traditional decorative molds.

  2. Flaky Spiral Mooncakes $210 – 3 hrs
    A delicate, layered pastry crust wrapped around lotus paste, with and without salted egg yolk.

  3. Snow Skin Mooncakes $110 – 1:30 hrs
    A no-bake, chewy and chilled mooncake with soft, colorful skins and sweet fillings.

Class includes:

  • Step-by-step instruction for each mooncake type
