You will learn to make:

    Filled with red bean or lotus paste using traditional decorative molds.

  2. Flaky Spiral Mooncakes $210 – 3 hrs
    A delicate, layered pastry crust wrapped around lotus paste, with and without salted egg yolk.

  3. Snow Skin Mooncakes $110 – 1:30 hrs
    A no-bake, chewy and chilled mooncake with soft, colorful skins and sweet fillings.

  4. Jelly (Agar Agar) Mooncakes $110 1:30 hrs
    A fun, eye-catching version made with clear, flavored jelly layers—perfect for rare SF Hot Spell
