Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns & Refunds for DIY kits

  • Return Window: All returns or refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • No Opened Kits: Kits that have been opened—even if unused—are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incomplete Kits: If your kit arrives damaged or is missing components, we will, at your choice:
  • Send you a replacement kit free of charge, or
  • Ship the missing parts at no extra cost.
  • Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card issuer.
  • Non-returnable Items: Gift cards and digital products (e-patterns, downloads) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Class & Camp Cancellations

  • Minimum Enrollment: We require a minimum number of registrants for each class or camp to run. If we must cancel due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

3. Participant-initiated Cancellations

  • 72-Hour Window: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date will receive a refund minus an 10% processing fee (this fee is charged by our payment processor).
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class/camp start are non-refundable—no credit or refund will be offered.
  • Make-Up Credit:
    • If you cancel between 7 days and 72 hours before start, you will receive a full class credit. You will not receive a refund.
    • Credits are valid for one year from the date of issue and may be applied to any future class or camp.

4. Transferring Registration

  • You may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional charge up to 72 hours before the class/camp begins. Please email [email protected] with the new participant’s name and contact information.

5. Rescheduling

  • If you need to change to a different session of the same class or camp, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Subject to availability; no additional fee unless the new session is higher priced.

6. Weather & Emergency Closures

  • In the rare event of severe weather or other emergencies that force us to close the studio:
    • We will attempt to notify you at least 3 hours before class via email and text (if provided).
    • Closed sessions will be rescheduled at no charge, or you may request a full refund.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

    • Your full name
    • Class/camp title and date
    • Order number or date of purchase
    • Reason for cancellation
