You will learn to make:

Baked Hong Kong–Style Mooncakes $200 – 2:30 hrs
Filled with red bean or lotus paste using traditional decorative molds. -
Flaky Spiral Mooncakes $250 – 3 hrs
A delicate, layered pastry crust wrapped around lotus paste, with and without salted egg yolk. -
Snow Skin Mooncakes $125 – 1:30 hrs
A no-bake, chewy and chilled mooncake with soft, colorful skins and sweet fillings.
