Creative bites- Crystal Dumplings

Crystal Dumplings are delicate translucent dumplings with a soft, chewy skin wrapped around flavorful fillings. In this class, participants will learn how to make the dough from scratch, shape and fill each dumpling, and create these beautiful bite-sized treats that are as fun to make as they are to eat. A perfect balance of technique, creativity, and delicious comfort food. In this class, you will learn how to prepare the dough skin and shaped it the traditional style you see at dim sum  restaurants and a special gold fish or rabbit shaped dumpling.
